You have GOT TO BE KIDDING! Ten weeks, then negotiate for 12 hours and call it a day. Apparently City Council needs to hold an in-camera meeting to discuss negotiations and provide further direction to the negotiators! Why has the negotiating committee not been given a broad enough mandate? What can't the committee summon Council to the hotel where the negotiations are happening?

They need to get back in there NOW! They owe it to us, their employers, to stay in that room and play nice until a deal is reached.
